Note: If you are using MS Word, follow these steps:
- Click on: New from template (not a blank document)
- In the search bar, type in either "APA" or "MLA", depending on the expected format.
- This will open and editable document, you must fill in the content, but it will guide you. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to know how to format the paper, so verify by using your teacher/professors rubric.
